Membership Application

    Annual membership can be paid either by cheque or online, using your bank or PayPal. If paid by cheque, membership runs from January to December.

    We would also be very grateful for any additional donation you are able to make.  You will receive our newsletter, “Common Knowledge”, delivered to your address three times a year.  Please fill in the form (required fields are marked with an asterisk) and then click [Join] at the bottom of the page.

    Data Protection Statement:  The Friends of Streatham Common will keep your personal details as part of our membership records and will use them to contact you regarding any matter related to your membership and meetings of members.  We will not pass your details on to any third parties.

    • If you wish to pay by Cheque, please send a cheque payable to The Friends of Streatham Common, to the membership secretary at: Louise Gu. 14 The Chase, Streatham SW16 3AD .
    • If you wish to pay by bank Standing Order (preferred) or EFT, please use your bank’s internet banking site to set up an annual standing order or one-off payment (EFT) to: The Friends of Streatham Common,  Account Number 02356566,  Bank Sort Code 30-96-07.  Please use your name, flat/house number and the last part of your postcode (e.g. “MORRIS 9 3AT”) as the payment reference and enter the same reference here (so we can identify your payment):
